About Money Brain

Money Brain is a mortgage broking practice based at Hope Island on the Gold Coast, working with clients across Australia. It arranges home and investment loans by working backwards from where a client wants to end up, a first home, a home after rent-vesting, a portfolio or a commercial property, and setting up each loan so it doesn't get in the way of the next. Darren Parker

Darren Parker is the mortgage broker behind Money Brain. He set out to be the broker he wishes he'd had when he bought his first property: one who looks past the first loan to where a client wants to end up. He checks every answer against each lender's current policy rather than memory, and he deals with each client himself, from the first call through to settlement. He's based at Hope Island on the Gold Coast and works with clients across Australia.
