Buyers agent for Melbourne investors
Property Brain is a buyers agent, sometimes called a buyers advocate, for investors. It finds, checks and negotiates on investment properties in Melbourne and across Australia, for buyers who often live somewhere else. What a buyers agent does for you
Sets the brief. What you can spend, what the property has to do for you, and where it makes sense to look.
Finds the property. Including ones that never reach the big listing sites.
Checks it. The building, the rent it can earn, and anything that would make it hard to hold or sell.
Negotiates and bids. On your behalf, at private sale or auction.
Sees it through. From the contract to settlement, alongside your solicitor and your lender.
How Property Brain works
For investors.
Property Brain buys investment properties. It doesn't sell homes and isn't a selling agent.
Remote and Australia-wide.
There's no Melbourne office. Property Brain works remotely, so you can buy in Melbourne from wherever you live.
Lending kept separate.
Finding the property is Property Brain's job. Arranging the loan is Money Brain's, its sister business. You can use one without the other.
When Melbourne isn't where you should buy
A buyers agent that works in one city can only show you that city. Property Brain buys across Australia, so if your budget or your goal would be better served somewhere else, we'll say so before you spend anything. Some investors who live in Melbourne end up buying in another state, and some who live elsewhere end up buying here.

Property Brain found the properties in three Money Brain clients' files, in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Western Australia. In Victoria that includes Mernda, in Melbourne's north, and Kangaroo Flat, near Bendigo.
